In International Patients Centre, patients are treated by state-of-the-art facilities and medical equipment for diagnosis and treatment, leading faculty of doctors and experts with high expertise, enthusiasm and continuously striving for the benefit of patients, profestional customer care service and reasonable price.

To take care patients with the premium criterias of profestional quality, comfort – frienliness, comprehensive and continuous services, in International Examination & Treatment Centre patients are examinated and treated in separate areas, prioritized examination and implementation of sub-clinical services. Inpatient services with preventive luxurious, clean ensure private spaces for patients and separate bed for relatives. In particular, patients will be cared both in a comprehensive nutrition and in daily living personal tools at standard of 3 star hotel.

With experienced staff, customers will be assured  for the process of direct receiving guarantees of user fees of outpatient and inpatient. International clinic waiting room: at international examination lounge area clients will be comfortable, relax while waiting for the service:

Inpatient rooms: comprehensive patient care by providing high quality medical services and amenities such as a three-star hotel:

- Electronic hospital beds enable patients to select the comfortable position.

- Lounge with ottoman and sofa can be converted into beds

- Private air conditioning

- Fridge; Tea, coffee; cable TV with flat screen television.

- Phone calls directly; High speed internet connection free ADSL;

- Nursing call bell system;

- Luxury spacious  bathroom and toiletries are provided for free (shampoo, conditioner, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste, combs, dryers, slippers).

The patients in VIP rooms are served fresh seasonal fruits, three delicious meals, including 01 set for relative (optional Asian or European menus), allowing a relative stay overnight no charge, hour medical consultation longer. Check-discharge prescribed 24h / day. In particular, the music is set up in born rooms.

Appointment - Priority VIP: VIP Patients will be given priority when scheduling appointments, treatment, follow-up with a doctor at the request or reservation VIP hospitalization.

VIP Hotline: Hotline for VIP members operates continuously 24/7 to health counseling for patients and their relatives.

Private staff: There will be a private staff to server patient during treatment period at hospital. Besides, private staff will answer all questions about your health status to family members when needed.

Home visits: Visit at home if requested within a radius of 20km.

VIP transportation services: International standard ambulance, 24/24 operation. Sidecar resuscitation is team of doctors, nurses and emergency always ready to help stabilize patients on the vehicle before moving to the hospital.

In cases of patients with hospital discharge instructions of the doctor will be transported by ambulance within 20km.

Taxi team before hospital lobby is always ready to serve patients and their families when needed.
